CANCELLING AN ORDER
An order can be cancelled as long as it has not reached the shipping stage.
In case there has been an error or if you are sent a defective item, you can request the error be solved and, if applicable, the replacement of the item within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us at (+34) 944 039 137.
We will agree with you on the pickup and your item/s will be replaced at no cost as soon as possible.
Articles may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided that we have been previously informed of the return by email at email@example.com.
As an exception, returns of sound or video recordings, records, or publications without their shrinkwrapping or seal will not be accepted.
Item(s) may be returned if they are in the same condition as they were delivered, and they are sent to us within 15 days of the date you communicate to us that you would like to return the item(s). Important notice: Delivery charges will only be refunded on defective products or if the mistake was ours. For any reasons other than those listed above, the customer will be required to pay delivery charges.
